International Community Comes Together to Support Afghanistan
On June 12, the international community met in Paris to extend its support for Afghanistan's reconstruction and development. In total, over $21 billion was pledged for Afghanistan, with the U.S. alone offering $10.2 billion. Other donations came from the following countries and institutions:
